Now that you have:

let's get started building your business!!


Here are the first steps for Getting Started:

DAY ONE:

  • Read Chapters 1 & 2 in "Get Over Your Damn Self" by Romi Neustadt -OR- click here to listen to audio
  • Click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person
  • Visit The Source to explore all the training content available. Log in and be sure to check out the New Consultant Section for valuable information, and visit the News & Updates section weekly.
  • Connect with us on the ICC Facebook page. Here you can join Arbot. This friendly chat bot will help keep you informed with guided training content throughout your first 90 days.
  • Follow the B.E.S.T .Facebook page for examples of how to compliantly use social marketing.
  • Set up your Arbonne replicated website so your Clients and Preferred Clients will be able to shop from your Arbonne business.
  • Set up your free account and upload your photo on www.Zoom.us
  • Download the free SoundCloud app on your smart phone
  • Schedule your 1st 3-way "Coaching Call" with your Sponsor and your RVP
  • Write your "Why" story. This is what motivated you to join Arbonne. Keep this visible to help yourself stay motivated.

  • Think about the income level you would like to set as your very first goal ($500 per month? $1,000 per month?) and how many hours per week are you willing to dedicate towards getting into activity towards achieving that first goal?
  • Create a list of 10 things that being successful in Arbonne ($5,000, $10,000 or even $20,000 per month of income) will allow you to have that otherwise you might not have been able to achieve. Things to consider: what would your life look like and who else would you be able to help?

DAY TWO:

  • Read Chapters 3 & 4 in "Get Over Your Damn Self" by Romi Neustadt
  • Click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person
  • Click here and listen to Ashley Stone's "Creating Your 100 Names List"
  • Complete your List of 100 names
  • Schedule your 2nd 3-way "Coaching Call" with your Sponsor and your RVP
  • Download and review the Four Point Ask handout
  • Click here to watch "Our System for Success"
  • Write your “I Story”. This is your 30-second answer for when people ask what you do.
  • Click here and read through "Utilizing Our Virtual System"
  • Set aside one hour and send out your 100 text or FB messages one at a time (not in a group message) but back-to-back in one sitting without stopping (don't stop to look at responses coming in until you finish sending out all 100)
  • After you send all 100 - go back and list the ones that responded on your Day One Tracker
  • Schedule your 3rd 3-way "Coaching Call" with your Sponsor and your RVP to review your verbiage and their responses and your Sponsor or your RVP will help you decide "next step" with each individual
  • Watch Funnel Training and download the Funnel Handout

DAY THREE:

DAY FOUR:

  • Read Chapters 7 & 8 in "Get Over Your Damn Self" by Romi Neustadt
  • Click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Listen to NVP Sarah Morrison "Social Media Preparedness"
  • Watch Booking Your Calendar by Ashley Stone. Schedule your calendar! Do some role-playing with your upline so you feel more comfortable with the verbiage. In addition to your launches, we recommend having at least 4 friends hosting for you in their homes with 4-6 people. Some of the presentations will come from working down the funnel and others will come from you asking a friend.
  • Book group presentations from your one-on-one coffee appointments and from your Business Launches
  • Send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

DAY FIVE:

  • Read Chapters 9 & 10 in "Get Over Your Damn Self" by Romi Neustadt
  • Click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Continue to book group presentations, sponsor Preferred Clients and new Consultants from your one-on-one coffee appointments
  • Check your calendar for your progress towards getting in front of 30 new people each month, presenting both the product advantage and the business opportunity to 30 people per month (in group presentations or coffee appointments)
  • Make a list (click here) of each person you've presented both the product advantage and business opportunity to
  • Start to explore Product Training on The Source. This section contains Product Focus Guides, Meet the Product Sheets, the Product Knowledge Manual, and other training resources including video and audio content.
  • Take your “Before” photos. You’l lwant these to show the difference once you start using Arbonne skincare and nutrition products.
  • Set up your Business Page on Facebook. Launch your business on social media and include a photo of yourself unboxing your Starter Kit.
  • Send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

WEEK TWO:

  • Finish reading the book "Get Over Your Damn Self" by Romi Neustadt
  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Focus on scheduling activities to help you connect with your 100-Person List and build your Arbonne business. Scheduling should include One-on-Ones and Group Presentations.
  • Revisit your 100-Person List and spend some time learning more about Starting the Conversation in your getting started guide. This will include some great tips on building your Arbonne network on social media that you can start right away.
  • Keep learning more about the products on The Source and from your upline. This helps you find your favorite products and become an expert even quicker.
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.
  • Complete a Weekly Activity Summary Sheet for Week One and each week going forward.

WEEK THREE:

  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Explore the Selling section of the guide to learn more about our mission, Host coaching, social marketing, presentations, One-on-Ones, and follow-up. These areas will be important to help you build your success.
  • Pay attention to your scheduling. Partner with your upline to ensure you’re filling your calendar with income producing activities, as well as planning time to continue your training.
  • Read the book "The Miracle Morning for Network Marketers" by Hal Elrod
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

WEEK FOUR:

  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Learn more about creating and maintaining a balanced business with Preferred Clients and Independent Consultants as you grow and develop your team. You can find more information about this in the Sponsoring section of your guide.
  • Connect with your upline to revisit your goals and evaluate your successes from your first month as well as any areas of focus as you move into the second month of your new Arbonne business.
  • Post your Before & After photos on social media. For information on how to do this, visit The Source and search: Sharing Your Personal Testimonials.
  • Read the book "The Four Year Career Private Edition" by Richard Bliss Brooke
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.
  • Complete a Month-at-a-Glance sheet for your first month and each month going forward.

WEEK FIVE:

  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Review your sponsoring and sales goals for month two with your upline to help make sure you’re on track to achieve the next step in the SuccessPlan — District Manager.
  • Learn more about sponsoring by exploring this section in your guide and under the Sponsoring category on The Source.
  • Read the book "Go Pro" by Eric Worre
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

WEEK SIX:

  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Review your social marketing plans to ensure that you are consistently connecting and building your network.
  • Visit The Source and explore all the social media training available to help you grow your skills and expand your influence across all of the social platforms.
  • Explore the Digital Tool kit on arbonne.com to learn how you can build and share your own digital assets.
  • Continue reading one personal growth book per week from Kat's Library
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

WEEK SEVEN:

  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • By now, you should be starting to feel like a product expert. Continue exploring the product training section of The Source and get familiar with the tools available for sharing with Clients, including Meet the Product Sheets, flyers and brochures.
  • Talk with your upline to learn some of their best practices for sharing products and explore some of their favorite product sales tools and resources.
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

WEEK EIGHT:

  • Each day click here and choose one EOA to read and share with at least one person per day
  • Make it a point to meet new people and get their contact info or add them as a friend on FB and list on your Daily Tracker.
  • Focus on becoming a master at coaching your Hosts to help maximize the success of your presentations. Find this content within the Selling section of your guide and on The Source.
  • Review your sales and sponsoring results for month two with your upline to celebrate your success and plan for the next month.
  • Each day - send five new asks and follow-up with at least fifteen previously asked, be sure to list each and make notes on your Daily Tracker.

WEEK NINE:

  • Continue the good daily habits you have created in the first eight weeks every week going forward.
  • Objections are a normal part of the sharing and selling process. Focus on learning how to successfully navigate through these conversations within the Selling section of your guide and The Source training content.
  • Ask your upline for tips on how to identify your Client’s needs. This will allow you to more effectively suggest products and help prepare you to overcome any potential objections. You can also find more information about this on The Source.

WEEK TEN:

  • Spend time with your upline this week focusing on what it will take for you to achieve your goals by the end of this month. Identify the sales and Sponsoring results that you need to succeed.
  • Focus on finishing the Scheduling, Sellingand and Sponsoring sections of your guide. If you are ready for more information, explore these sections within Business Training on The Source.

WEEK ELEVEN:

  • Explore the audio and video training libraries on The Source. These are trainings direct from our Field Leaders on business building, leadership, social marketing, and product sales.

WEEK TWELVE:

  • You’re on your way! Spend time with your upline reviewing your goals and your results from your first 90 days. It’s time to set new goals and establish plans for he next phase of your Arbonne journey. Here’s to your success!

Take the 30-in-30 Challenge

One of the most important business building activities you can do is share Arbonne with everyone in your contact list while continuing to build it; this is called prospecting or Starting the Conversation. Whether you use social media, text, email, pick up a phone or grab a coffee, sharing Arbonne with prospects can happen everywhere and anywhere.

Jumpstart your Arbonne prospecting activity and get in massive momentum by taking the 30-in-30 Challenge — 30 people in 30 days! Activate your challenge by contacting 100 people in a short, scheduled amount of time, like 24 hours. Set your goal to share Arbonne with at least 30 of the 100 people you contact.

A PROSPECT represents a POSSIBILITY — When you prospect, you are looking to build a relationship with many different types of people to add to your business:

  • Independent Consultants will join you and build their own Arbonne business
  • Preferred Clients want to shop with a discount
  • Clients love the products
  • Hosts want additional perks and help add to your network
  • Referrals may be interested in the products, the Opportunity, or another possibility

Success Tip #1 - Follow the Recipe

It is extremely important to get and stay plugged in with others on your team as you build your business and promote those you've sponsored.
